Do we ship internationally?
The Drum Perfect LLC website is currently designed to process orders and credit cards for domestic and Canadian orders. Payment for international orders must be made with PayPal.com. The customer is responsible for any tariffs, duties or taxes on international orders. International orders usually ship within 2 to 3 days after order placement and a small processing fee is applied.
When can I expect delivery?
All orders require at least one business day for processing before shipping. The standard domestic carrier is the UPS Ground Service. We also offer 1, 2 or 3 day delivery methods from UPS. If you would like us to ship to an international location or want to use another carrier or method, please CONTACT US. We will do our best to accommodate you.
What is your policy for heavy items that ship freight?
For heavy items, such as vocal booths and Silencers, shipping is done by a freight trucking company using their standard shipping service. This service brings the shipment to the delivery address curbside and the customer is responsible for unloading the shipment. If you require inside delivery, elevator service, guaranteed delivery dates or other special services, please contact us for a quote. The customer is responsible for handling freight damage claims and must immediately report any claims to the delivery driver. DrumPerfect.com may not be responsible for claims not reported to the delivery driver and documented on the delivery receipt. If needed, any replacement parts are shipped standard freight; delivery times and dates cannot be guaranteed.
Shipping promotions apply only to locations in the contiguous United States. Surcharges may apply to certain shipments. If surcharges apply to your shipment, we will notify you of the surcharge amount before payment is processed.
Drum Perfect MUST BE CONTACTED WITHIN 14 CALENDAR DAYS OF THE DATE THE SHIPMENT ARRIVED TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR A REFUND.
Shipping Costs are NOT Refundable
Returned products may be subject to a restocking fee at DrumPerfect's sole discretion.
Any product being returned for credit or exchange must be in new condition with all of the original packing material, inserts, manuals, warranty cards, power supplies, cords and any other accessories. To return drum shields or other plastic products, paper masking must NOT be removed . We will issue credit to whichever method of payment you selected when the original purchase was made.
To Return An Item, Follow These Steps:
1. Request a Return Number (RN) from DrumPerfect’s Customer Service by calling (888)983-3786. You will also be given a shipping return address.
2. Carefully package the product in its original box complete with all original packing material, manuals, and accessories. Repackage in the same manner the product was originally packaged.
3. Clearly print your RN number and your name on the outside of each return packages with a bold marker. DrumPerfect.com cannot accept shipments without an RN on each Package.
4. Contact us to confirm it shipped and provide all tracking numbers.
Due to the custom nature of most orders, cancellation charges may be applied.
CANCELLATIONS: If an order is cancelled either before or after it ships, a cancellation fee may apply.
CUSTOM ORDERS: These are considered a final sale; they are non-returnable & non-refundable.
What Forms of Payment Do You Accept?
We accept American Express, Discover, Visa and MasterCard. If you're concerned about safety, you can rest assured that your credit card number will be protected on our secure server.
We accept PayPal only from accounts that are VERIFIED and have a confirmed address.
Can I order with Check or Money Order?
Yes, if you send a check or money order to the address listed on the CONTACT US page. To determine the exact amount of the check, please call or email your order request, shipping method and address to us.
When Will My Credit Card Be Charged?
Your credit card will be charged either the day your order ships or the day production begins on your product.
Will I be Charged Sales Tax?
Sales tax is charged only on orders sent or billed to the state of Arizona.
What is your Address Verification Policy?
Address verification is a precautionary measure performed to ensure your safety and deter fraudulent activity. The nature of online shopping does not permit us to request a traditional form of identification, such as a driver's license, like a standard brick & mortar store. We instead conduct address verification through your credit/debit card issuer to confirm your identify and verify the validity of your purchase, ultimately protecting your credit and privacy.
If you wish to ship to an address other than your billing address, please contact your issuing bank and have your shipping destination added as an "authorized alternate ship-to address" in the record/memo field. We will contact your bank using the bank number you have provided to verify this information after you have placed an order. Please allow an extra day (sometimes longer, if necessary) to verify an alternate ship-to address.
Both your billing and shipping addresses must be verified before an order will ship. If you encounter any difficulty when attempting to add an alternate shipping address, let your credit card issuer know that you are placing an online order and the retailer must verify your personal information before shipment to eliminate the possibility of fraud. Then, simply give us a call at 888-983-3786 to let us know this step has been completed, and we will re-attempt address verification to complete the processing of your order.
